Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and posting
Local citations and backlink placement
Analytics and tracking setup or review
Reporting and performance insightsAll services are delivered using standardized processes. Custom work, strategy calls, or additional services are not included unless explicitly agreed to in writing.2. No GuaranteesHearth Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:Search engine rankings
Lead volume or call volume
Revenue or business growthSearch performance and lead generation depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, client responsiveness, website quality, and third-party platforms.3. Client ResponsibilitiesTo deliver services, you agree to:Provide accurate business information
Grant requested access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics tools, and related platforms in a timely manner
Respond to reasonable requests for informationDelays caused by missing access or incomplete information may impact timelines and results.4. Third-Party PlatformsHearth Digital works with third-party platforms including Google, website platforms, analytics tools, and citation providers.
You acknowledge that:These platforms operate independently
Changes, suspensions, errors, or outages are outside our control
Hearth Digital is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services5. Payment & BillingServices are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
Payment is due in advance of service delivery
Once work has begun, payments are non-refundableYou may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered.6. Scope & LimitationsServices are limited to what is described in your selected plan. The following are not included unless agreed separately:Custom content, website design enhancements, or website functionality requests
Emergency fixes or urgent requests
Manual lead follow-up or sales activity
Ongoing consulting or strategy calls7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Hearth Digital’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services during the most recent billing period.Hearth Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.8. TerminationHearth Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:Non-payment
Abusive or unreasonable behavior
